Improving the standards of public test laboratories in the field of construction materials and chemicals

The project advises the Ghanaian standardization authority on testing procedures and certifications in the field of construction chemicals and materials in order to protect the market from substandard products and ensure fair competition. At the same time, capacities for sustainable and organic building materials are being developed and strengthened. In addition to the BMWE, the Federal Institute for Materials Research and Testing (BAM) is involved as the implementing institution.
