Strengthening the Capacities of the Supreme Council of the Judicial Power to Enhance the Efficiency of the Judicial System
The project aims to strengthen the capacities of the Supreme Council of Justice in order to contribute to improving the efficiency of the judicial system. Belgium, Spain and Germany are implementing this project in a consortium. The German Foundation for international legal cooperation (Stiftung für internationale rechtliche Zusammenarbeit, IRZ) is leading the German junior role.
Support to the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan to Strengthen Institutional Capacity of the Court and the Court’s Office
The project supports the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan in its institutional capacities. It aims to contribute to greater effectiveness, independence, and transparency in Kazakhstan’s constitutional jurisprudence in line with international democratic standards. The consortium consists of Germany and Lithuania.
Supporting the free access to information – We rise together
The project aims to strengthen the North Macedonian agency responsible for protecting the right to free access to public information. The aim is to improve national policy on transparency and accountability of information holders in North Macedonia in line with EU best practice.
Support to the Justice of Mongolia JU-MO
The aim of this first twinning project in Mongolia is to strengthen the capacities of the Mongolian Supreme Court. This includes fundamentally strengthening the judicial system and building trust in it.
Support digital transition in Jordan through personal data protection and artificial intelligence
The aim of the project is to contribute to Jordan’s economic development and the well-being of its population by promoting digital transformation, the use of artificial intelligence technologies, and measures to protect personal data in line with EU best practices. Germany has formed a consortium together with Spain and Greece.
Systematisation and simplification of the regulatory framework
The aim of the project is to strengthen the capacities of the Uzbek Ministry of Justice in connection with the systematization and simplification of the legal framework. Germany is participating in this project as part of a consortium with Latvia.
